A Letter to Youth from Our Founder

Travis Hogue, Founder

I created ROC 2 ROC because I know what it feels like to be lost. I've been where you are—struggling with your mindset, doubting yourself, feeling alone. That's why I built this program from lived experience, not theory.

Your mindset is your biggest threat. But it's also your greatest weapon.

At ROC 2 ROC, we're not here to judge you or tell you how to live. We're here to have real conversations—the kind where someone actually listens, where you're treated with respect, and where you can be honest about what's really going on.

You're not broken. You don't need fixing. You need structure, mentorship, and someone who believes in you when you don't believe in yourself. That's what we offer.

Every single one of you has potential. I've seen it. Real change happens when someone takes a real conversation seriously—when accountability is paired with respect, and structure is paired with hope.

You matter. Your story matters. Let's change your mindset together.
